Terms and Conditions
The “SuperBottoms Golden Ticket Promotion” (“Scheme”) is a promotional scheme conducted by Navashya Consumer Products Private Limited (“SuperBottoms” or “Company”). This Scheme is subject to the below terms and conditions.
By participating in this Scheme, you, the consumer (“Participant”), agree that you are aged 18 (eighteen) years and above and are legally competent to enter into contracts under applicable laws and that all information provided by you is accurate, complete and disclosed with free consent. You further warrant that you are eligible and competent to participate in this Scheme and agree to abide by its terms and conditions. Participation in this Scheme implies acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
1. Scheme Period and Territory
1.1. This Scheme shall run across India, excluding the State of Tamil Nadu, from 1st November 2026 to 10th November 2026 (“Scheme Period”).
1.2. This Scheme is open to eligible consumers residing in India, as per the criteria set out under “ELIGIBILITY”. It is not applicable outside India.
1.3. This Scheme will not be applicable to consumers residing in the State of Tamil Nadu.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To be eligible to participate in this Scheme, a Participant must:
a. Be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age on the date of participation.
b. Place an order for at least one SuperBottoms product through the official SuperBottoms website and/or app during the Scheme Period.
c. Have a valid order with successful payment recorded in SuperBottoms’ order management system. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be successfully collected upon delivery for the order to qualify.
d. Provide accurate and valid contact details, including a registered mobile number and email address, wherever requested.
2.2. This Scheme is not open to employees, directors, consultants, representatives or immediate family members of SuperBottoms or its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and participating vendors involved in administering the Scheme.
2.3. Orders placed through unauthorised third-party platforms, marketplaces or resellers will not qualify unless expressly stated otherwise by SuperBottoms.
3. Rewards & Selection Under the Scheme
3.1. Anniversary Gift: Every eligible order with an order value of ₹1,199 or above placed through the official SuperBottoms website and/or app during the Scheme Period will receive one (1) SuperBottoms tote bag as a complimentary gift. Each customer account, or phone number is eligible for a maximum of one (1) complimentary tote bag during the Scheme Period. Where multiple qualifying orders are placed from the same account, only the earliest timestamped order successfully recorded in the system will qualify for the complimentary gift; subsequent orders will not receive additional tote bags.
3.2. Golden Ticket Prize: In addition to the complimentary tote bag, a total of ten (10) unique customer orders will be randomly selected to receive a Golden Ticket winner designation during the Scheme Period. Each of the 10 validated Golden Ticket winners will receive one (1) Instax camera.
3.3. The Staycation Prize: In addition to the Instax camera, one (1) unique winner among the 10 validated Golden Ticket winners will receive a staycation reward (“Staycation Winner”). The Staycation Winner will be selected through a separate, automated random draw conducted by SuperBottoms from the pool of the 10 validated Golden Ticket winners.
3.4. Selection Mechanics & Order Limits: Each unique customer can receive only one (1) Golden Ticket throughout the Scheme Period, irrespective of the number of qualifying orders placed. Where a customer places multiple orders, only their earliest qualifying order timestamped in the system will be considered for the draw pool.
3.5. Cancellation & Disqualification: Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise found ineligible before winner validation will be completely excluded from the draw. Where an order has been partially refunded but retains at least one fully paid SuperBottoms product, SuperBottoms may, at its sole reasonable discretion, consider it eligible, subject to verification.
3.6. Prize Restrictions: The Instax camera model, colour, and specific staycation details will be decided by the Company based on market availability. The staycation reward will comprise[2 nights 3 days] stay at [Coimbatore/ Ooty], subject to the inclusions, exclusions, booking conditions, and blackout dates communicated directly to the Staycation Winner. All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be assigned to third parties, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary equivalents.
4. Winner Announcement and Communication
4.1. The 10 Golden Ticket winners will be announced on or before [Before 30th December 2026] through [SuperBottoms website/social media] 4.2. The selected winners will be informed directly by SuperBottoms or its authorised representatives through the mobile number and/or email address provided at the time of placing the order.
4.3. Winners may be required to provide reasonable information or documents to verify their identity, age, address and order eligibility before receiving their rewards.
4.4. Winners must respond within [7] calendar days of being contacted and provide the required details. If a winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted despite reasonable attempts, or fails to complete the verification process, SuperBottoms may treat the winner as having forfeited the reward and may select an alternate eligible customer.
4.5. The Staycation Winner will be contacted separately after the draw and will be required to confirm acceptance of the staycation reward within the period communicated by SuperBottoms.
5. Participant Responsibilities
5.1. Participants undertake that they will:
a. Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
b. Provide true, accurate and complete information.
c. Not use fraudulent, misleading or manipulated information or engage in any activity intended to unfairly influence participation or selection.
d. Not misuse or interfere with the Scheme, its website, app or any related systems.
5.2. SuperBottoms reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant and disqualify a Participant where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, misrepresentation, duplicate identity or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Contact, Personal Information and Publicity Consent
6.1. Personal information collected for the Scheme (including personal details, order invoices, and ID proofs) will be handled securely in accordance with SuperBottoms’ Privacy Policy and the applicable laws of India.
6.2. By participating in this Scheme, Participants expressly consent that SuperBottoms may capture, record, use, reproduce, share or publish photographs, video footage, audio recordings or testimonials featuring them with their prizes for brand promotional purposes across official social media channels.
7. Non-Transferability and Forfeiture
7.1. The rewards are personal to the selected winners and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
7.2. If a winner declines the reward, fails to respond within the specified period given in clause 4.4, or is unable to fulfil the reasonable verification requirements, the reward may be forfeited and offered to an alternate eligible Participant, where applicable.
7.3. If the Staycation Winner is unable to use the staycation within the communicated validity period, the staycation reward may be forfeited. Any alternative arrangement will be communicated by SuperBottoms, subject to applicable law.
8. Changes, Suspension or Withdrawal of the Scheme
8.1. SuperBottoms reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Scheme where reasonably necessary due to legal or regulatory requirements, fraud or misuse, technical failures, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or material operational constraints.
8.2. Any material change to the Scheme will be communicated through SuperBottoms’ official communication channels.
8.3. SuperBottoms will not make retrospective changes that unfairly prejudice Participants who have already qualified for a confirmed reward, except where required by law or where eligibility has been obtained through fraud, misrepresentation or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SuperBottoms will not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or failure arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical issues, internet or website interruptions, natural calamities, government restrictions, public emergencies or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
9.2. SuperBottoms will not be responsible for the quality, service or facilities provided by the hotel/resort or any other independent third-party service provider, except to the extent required under applicable law.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
10. Staycation-Specific Conditions
10.1. The Staycation Winner and any accompanying guest must comply with the hotel/resort's booking, identification, check-in, safety and other applicable policies.
10.2. The staycation is subject to availability and must be booked within the validity period communicated by SuperBottoms. The Staycation Winner will be responsible for expenses not expressly included in the staycation reward.
10.3. SuperBottoms will not be responsible for a winner's inability to travel or use the staycation due to personal circumstances, travel documentation issues or failure to comply with the property's policies, subject to applicable law.
10.4. The winner must independently ensure that they and any accompanying guest meet the property's identification and check-in requirements.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. The Scheme and rewards are subject to events beyond SuperBottoms’ reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergencies, riots, strikes, government restrictions, national or state emergencies, internet or website disruptions and other force majeure events.
11.2. In the event of such circumstances, SuperBottoms may suspend, postpone or modify the Scheme or the delivery of a reward, as reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law. SuperBottoms will communicate any material changes to affected Participants or winners.
12. General Conditions
12.1. SuperBottoms’ decisions regarding eligibility, order validation and administration of the Scheme will be based on these published Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
12.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

12.4 Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Scheme and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Maharashtra.
